Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, clicking "Register", logging in, or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the 1xslot Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1xslot. You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 1xslot services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Keep your account login credentials strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify 1xslot support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

One Account Rule: Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 1xslot Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. 1xslot reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

KYC Verification: 1xslot may at any time request identity verification documents including a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Age Restriction — 18+ Only

1xslot takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. We employ age verification procedures during registration and during payment transactions. If 1xslot has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending documentary verification of age. Any winnings accrued during a period of suspected underage play may be withheld.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1xslot Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

Deposits: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in your account portal and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Pending withdrawal requests may be delayed if additional verification is required. 1xslot does not charge transaction fees on standard withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Bonuses & Promotions

1xslot offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed full KYC verification unless otherwise stated.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, household, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled entirely before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is displayed at the point of offer acceptance.
• Bonus funds are used in gaming activity before real money funds are wagered, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus not used or wagering requirements not met within the stated period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited automatically.
• 1xslot reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be given.
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes and are not guaranteed to generate profit. Online gaming always involves risk.

Suspected abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances.

Gaming Rules

All games available on the 1xslot Platform — including slots, live casino tables, Rummy, sports betting, and Jackpot games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. By playing any game, you agree to those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

• All slot and casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy. Bets placed prior to disconnection remain valid.
• In the event of a technical error or software malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, 1xslot reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund all stakes to the Player's account.
• Maximum winnings per game round or sports betting event may be subject to platform-wide limits as displayed in the relevant game or betting rules.
• 1xslot retains the right to void any bet or game result where it is determined that a technical error, pricing error, or data feed error has materially affected the outcome.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1xslot Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one registered account on the Platform.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tools to gain an unfair advantage in gaming or betting activities.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or loopholes for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Using a VPN or proxy server to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargeback activity against deposits made to your 1xslot account.

Account Suspension & Closure

1xslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• A request from the Player to self-exclude under our Responsible Gaming Policy.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Player, 1xslot is not obligated to return any remaining balance. Where an account is closed at the Player's request, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned via the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

Responsible Gaming

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 1xslot Players at no charge:

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1xslot Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and video content — is the intellectual property of 1xslot or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of 1xslot. Unauthorised use of 1xslot intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1xslot shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from your gaming activity on the Platform.
• Temporary Platform unavailability, downtime, or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Loss of data resulting from your failure to maintain adequate device security.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. 1xslot's total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform during that period.

Privacy & Data Protection

1xslot collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash), game content providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or these Terms.

Amendments to These Terms

1xslot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered Players will be notified via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will display a revised Effective Date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the 1xslot Platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operation of the 1xslot Platform. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to the 1xslot support team for informal resolution.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 calendar days, the dispute may be escalated to formal dispute resolution proceedings. The language of all dispute resolution proceedings shall be English.

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
